- We make every effort to display product colours, fabrics, and embroidery work as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and natural dye variation.
- All our Chikankari products are handcrafted. Minor variations in embroidery patterns, stitch density, or placement are inherent to handmade work and are not considered defects.
- Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you before fulfilling such orders.
4. Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method. Online payment options will be added in future.
- By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete.
5. Shipping
- We ship Pan-India. Free shipping is offered on orders above ₹999.
- Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days from dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
